FAQ

Allergens, freshness, lead times and pickup

The questions we get asked most often, answered before you order.

How far in advance should I order?

Order before 3:00 p.m. for same-day pickup on smaller packs. Party trays and event orders need 48 hours' notice, and 72 hours during holidays and graduation season.

What allergens are in your pastries?

Our pastries contain wheat, and most contain milk and egg. Everything is prepared in a home kitchen that also handles nuts, so we cannot guarantee an allergen-free product. Full ingredient lists are on every product on the menu page.

How fresh is the food when I pick it up?

Everything is baked or fried on your pickup day. Nothing is made from frozen stock and nothing sits overnight.

How do I store and reheat leftovers?

Pies keep 3 days refrigerated or up to a month frozen; reheat 10–12 minutes at 350°F. Puff puff and buns are best the same day; warm them 5 minutes at 300°F.

Where do I pick up my order?

Pickup is in Loganville, GA, Tuesday to Saturday between 11:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. We send you the exact pickup address and a time window by email once your order is confirmed.

Do you deliver or ship?

Not at this time. All orders are pickup only in Loganville. For large event orders in Gwinnett County we can discuss drop-off arrangements when you send a party request.

How does payment work for party trays?

Party trays are confirmed with a 50% deposit, with the balance due at pickup. We reply to every party request with a written quote before anything is charged.

Can you cater a church, office or cultural event?

Yes. We regularly prepare Nigerian snacks for churches, Nigerian association meetings, office breaks, graduations and weddings across Gwinnett County and metro Atlanta.
