How much small chops per guest
The simple rule is 5 to 6 pieces per guest when small chops is a side, and 8 to 10 when it is the main thing people will eat. For 25 guests that is about 150 pieces; for 100 guests, about 550. Tell us your guest count and we will size the trays for you.

How much small chops do I need for 50 guests?
Plan on 5 to 6 pieces per guest, so about 250 to 300 pieces for 50 people. That is roughly two of our large event trays, or one large tray plus two 30-piece puff puff trays.
How much does a small chops tray cost?
Trays start at $55 for 10 to 15 guests and go up to From $130 for 35 to 50 guests. Every party order is quoted in writing before anything is charged.
How far in advance should I order small chops?
Party trays need 48 hours' notice, and 72 hours during holiday and graduation season. Smaller snack trays ordered before 3:00 p.m. can often be collected the same day.
